Shipping Policy

 There is a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 via UPS /USPS Priority Shipping.

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and 1 to 3 business days to receive  merchandise after the ship date.

Please contact us at support@cabellocouture.com  for quotes on International Shipping. A tracking number will be forwarded via email directly after the merchandise has shipped. 

We are NOT responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our exchange policy for more information. 

Exchange Policy 

At Cabello Couture, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase for a different size or a merchandise credit when it is presented in saleable condition.

**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS‼️


RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

We do not provide exchanges or returns on swimsuits at all.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. CabelloCouture.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange  is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
